Indescribably sweet.
Billy's class went on a trip to the Zilker Botanical Gardens.
We came in a good year. The century plant is blooming.
Teacher appreciation artwork.
Making cards for teachers.
Getting ready to sing in the school program.
We are moving into a new house.
Billy planted his sprouted plants that he brought home from school right away.
The view out of the new kitchen window.
Eddie wrote me a poem for Mother's Day:
My mom is sweet.
She is so helpful.
She likes Chemistry.
And she likes me.
And Billy.
And he made me this gorgeous fish out of clay. He says it's for the Christmas tree, but I think it needs to be hung someplace where it can be displayed all year.
All three boys got me an insulated coffee cup.
Billy's Mother's Day gifts.
"My mom really likes to tutor. My mom always forgets to go to the park. My mom is happy when I hug her. My mom's favorite color is purple."
"I love when my mom plays with me. My favorite thing about my mom is she is happy. My favorite things to do with my mom are read a book."
"My mother's hair is beautiful. My mom's eyes are green. She is as tall as a butterfly. My mom looks the best when she wears a dress."
"Dear Mama, I love you so much."
"I love you to pieces."
He pointed to the pink heart in the middle. "That's you, Mom. The queen of hearts."
Snap circuits are the best toy ever. Eddie likes them, too, but it is ever so hard to get Eddie to hold still for a picture. The next post, I promise, will feature more pictures of Eddie.
