New Job!

Billy made Spongebobs and a pineapple for first grade market day. Kyle took one of the pink sponges and made Patrick. I don't think he intended for Billy to take that one, but Billy did!

On the snow day, the boys had to go to Wanna Play for a few hours while I went to a couple of work meetings. I bribed them with the new brick store and the Marble Slab next door. Eddie picked out his prize relatively quickly, but Billy had a really hard time with his ten-dollar limit in the brick store. It took him over 45 minutes to make a decision because he kept gravitating toward eighty-dollar collector's items.

Georgetown is really cute, but it's also a little kitschy. The lights on the square are amazing though. It's hard to describe and the pictures below don't really capture how those oak trees in the background are sparkling. The white lights extend far past the branches and into the twigs and leaves, so when the wind blows, the trees seem to glitter.

Sorry, boys. Underwear pic. Kyle set up the tree, I lit it, and they decorated it.
My new desk at work!
I don't know if you can see this very well, but our neighbors have a cutout of the grinch, and he is "removing their Christmas lights." Pretty darn cute.

 Billy embellished my notebook.
