New Mexico Trip, Days 5-8

We started Wednesday with a hike in Eagle Nest, then we took a drive all the way around the Enchanted Circle, back to Angel Fire.

On Thursday, we hiked the Elliott Barker trail. 

Then we had pasta with turkey sauce, Brussels sprouts, and pumpkin pie.

On the way home, we stopped at the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo.
