Happy birthday to Eddie! He's grown up to be so funny, wise, and energetic. He got a bike for his birthday and he has spent the last week riding it continuously. On Kyle's days off from work, he even gets to ride it to school.
We went to Gatti-Town on Eddie's birthday. That was great! We got to watch Despicable Me 2 while munching on all-you-can-eat buffet!
I turned around to discover that Billy had made some friends and had joined their air hockey game.
The bike is AWESOME! It took Eddie less than 5 minutes to figure out how to ride it, and then there was no stopping him!
A little explanation is in order. Eddie asked me mid-week if he could have a blue mohawk. I told him no. He asked me why. I said it was because he had to go to school. The following Saturday morning, we were sitting at breakfast and he said "I don't have to go to school today, right?" "No, it's Saturday." He got up without a word, left the room, came back, and handed me the blue hair gel.
